Yes. Every piece is made to order. You can customise the size, colour, material, text, font, logo, and LED options. Send us a photo, sketch, or reference and we'll design it for you.
Lead time depends on the product. Most pieces take 5–14 days from order confirmation. Complex custom projects (epoxy, large signage) may take longer. We'll confirm the timeline in your quotation before you approve.
Yes. Every order comes with a proper quotation and invoice — suitable for business claims, finance teams, and record-keeping.
We currently deliver across Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery cost depends on the size, weight, and destination. East Malaysia and international shipping will be available in the future.
We work with premium acrylic, epoxy resin, gold foil, LED lighting, and engraved panels. Materials are selected for durability and a quality finish that lasts for years.
We don't offer on-site installation at the moment. All pieces come with a detailed installation manual and mounting hardware. For complex installation projects, we provide remote guidance via video call. On-site installation may be available in the future.
No problem. Just message us on WhatsApp with a rough idea or reference photo. We'll help you refine the concept, suggest materials and sizes, and prepare a quotation — no obligation.
Currently, payment is via bank transfer. Once you approve the quotation, we'll send our bank details. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
